We conduct our business audit using our diagnostic model across all teams of your business. This means finding out who you are, the world you navigate, and how we can help.

AUDIT THE CURRENT PROCESS

Our 10 diagnostic process focuses on taking a capacity-building approach, not problem solving.

We first spend time with stakeholders to understand your overall vision and goals as a company. We'll also get deep to understand departmental goals and resource allocations to achieve them.

With that in depth understanding of your organization, we can get specific on deliverables we know are of value + that you have resources to capitalize on - not just a solution to a surface level problem.

BUILD THE GAME PLAN

We build out a high level strategic recommendations proposal and assemble our team of experts for the job based on skillsets required. Generally, this will live as a 30/60/90 but may differ based on the goals.

We expect to spend some time with your team iterating on some elements until we have our inputs and process needed to achieve the outcomes.

ACTION

Time to get moving.

We work with identified teams/individuals to implement recommendations and set up the needed tools to measure results.

When we reach our 'checkpoints', we'll re-evaluate the state of the business, the environment, and the results. This will inform whether we keep on going (action) or iterate on our plan (back to gameplan).
